Step 1: To create a user, select the "Settings" option from the Dashboard Main Menu and select "Users". This will open a page where the respective users will be listed.








Step 2: Click the "NEW" button, located above the user table.
When you open the respective page, the form for the new user's data record appears. Fill in the appropriate fields.





Note: By default, "Generate password and send by email" is enabled.

This will send a message with a random password to the user's e-mail address (if it is registered in the "e-mail" field). If you need to enter a password for the user, uncheck the option "Generate password and send by email", and enter the desired password in the target field, below this option.



Step 3: The "Access Profile" field limits user permissions, what it can and can not accomplish on the system. These are the options:


  • Administrador - This profile has All client permissions, except global:

  • Operacional - This profile has permission to consult users and news register.

  • Consulta - This profile has permission to view users and view news.

  • APP - This profile can only access the app (as is the case of app users in general) and the web version of the app.


Step 4: At the end, if you need to immediately add the user to your group (s), select this group (s) from the list shown.

NOTE: If there are no groups created, as in the example shown below, complete the other steps of this procedure and click here to be redirected to the User Groups management procedure and then click here to see how to edit this same user again.



Step 5: At the end, ensure that the "Active" option is checked (this will guarantee user access) and click the "SAVE" button.


NOTE: To edit other user details, it is necessary to identify it in the user list indicated in Step 1 of this procedure (you can use the table filter), and click on the "pen" icon on the right in the same line.





This option will make available the edit fields of the other user data, such as: commemorative dates (anniversary / home time), biography, phone number, photo, among others that are available for your app.

At the end of editing any data, be sure to click the "SAVE" button to effect the changes.
