Request to Release Ports, Addresses and IPs

For the proper operation of B2 Mídia’s Corporate TV application, it is necessary to perform some network permissions and ensure access to essential services. 

1. Port and URL Permissions

It is necessary to open port 443 (HTTPS), used for secure communication of the application.

2. Date and Time Service (NTP) 

For the proper functioning of the application, it is essential that the equipment has access to a date and time synchronization service (NTP). 

If there are network restrictions for this type of service, we request the release of at least one of the following addresses: 

  • pool.ntp.br/ 
  • *.st1.ntp.br/ 

If the company uses an internal NTP service different from the addresses above, we request sending the corresponding URL for configuration on B2 Mídia equipment. 

3. Additional Remarks

Some projects may require additional features, such as Power BI Embedded, streaming services, and other specific integrations. In these cases, additional release of URLs and services may be necessary according to the FAQ of each feature. 

4. Additional Requirements for projects with Windows Players

For projects with Windows operating system players, it is also necessary to allow access to the following addresses: 

Additionally, it is necessary to disable any blocks related to Windows Update and Windows Defender.
